How Do I See My Recently Deleted Files, Videos & Photos?

As soon as your files are deleted, they will automatically appear on Dumpster’s homepage.

If you deleted a file and it doesn’t appear in Dumpster, try the following troubleshooting tips:

1. Ensure the file format is supported by Dumpster by reviewing here
2. Exclude Dumpster from any task killer, battery saver, or memory cleaner app settings. Examples:
   • Clean Master
   • DU Battery Saver
   • AVG Cleaner
   • Battery Doctor 
   • CCleaner

If you still can’t locate your file, send us a bug report from within the app, so that we can help locate the source of your specific problem.
