Files stored in Dumpster take up as much space as they did when stored directly on your phone. Here are a few ways you can free up space on your device:

We recommend deleting any unnecessary files every other month or on a regular basis to save additional space and to keep your device running smoothly.
Dumpster can periodically delete files for you! You can turn Auto-Clean on by opening the navigation menu located in the upper left hand side of the homepage.
Tap the “More” tab on the bottom right-hand corner of the screen. From there you will see “General Settings” where you can select “Auto-Clean. Choose how long you want Dumpster to save your deleted files for, before permanently removing them from your device:
