Every Android smartphone and tablet comes along with a USB. By plugging the USB into your PC, it should prompt an option to save photos to the desktop or laptop. Here’s a quick how-to:
Step 1: Plug the USB to your phone and PC.
Step 2: Choose connect as a media device: tap or click the MTP option. If your smartphone has a certain type of software installed on your PC and MTP isn’t available choose the Camera (PTP) option.
Step 3: Tap open the device to take a look at your photo & video files.
Step 4: Double tap on the phone icon.
Step 5: Double tap on the folder which says DCIM. DCIM is where photos are typically stored.
Step 6: Search for the photos you’d like to store on your PC then begin the process of transferring them.
